Information you provide
Inquiry and service-request forms may ask for a name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, Google Business Profile URL, selected service, review link or text, and notes you choose to provide. Email messages include the information in the message and related delivery details.
Do not submit passwords, payment card data, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive personal information through a general website form. ReviewsBoost does not need your Google account password to assess a public Business Profile or review.
Information collected automatically
The site is delivered through hosting and network providers that may process IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, date and time, referring page and security or diagnostic events in server logs. The current public pages do not intentionally set a first-party advertising cookie or embed a site analytics tag, but third-party infrastructure and externally hosted fonts or icons may receive ordinary network requests.
How information is used

- Assess a public review or Business Profile when requested.
- Prepare quotes, communicate status and provide support.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the website.
- Keep business and transaction records required for operations or law.
- Improve instructions, forms and service processes using appropriately limited information.
Service providers and transfers
Website forms currently use a Google Apps Script endpoint to transmit submissions for processing. The site is hosted through GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare. Google-hosted fonts and Font Awesome assets may also be requested by the browser. These providers can process information in jurisdictions outside your province or Canada, subject to their terms and safeguards.
ReviewsBoost should maintain a current internal vendor list, contracts and access controls. Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites’ policies.
Disclosure
Information may be shared with service providers acting on operational instructions, with professional advisers where necessary, in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or where required or permitted by law. ReviewsBoost does not need to publish information submitted through a private inquiry form.
Retention and security
ReviewsBoost retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, recordkeeping, dispute handling, security and legal obligations, then deletes or de-identifies it. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may ask about access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or ask a privacy question. Some records may need to be kept for legal, security or transaction reasons.

Electronic communications
Service replies respond to a request you made. Any commercial electronic messaging should follow applicable consent, identification and unsubscribe requirements. You can ask to stop non-essential messages using the contact above.
Children
The website and business services are directed to businesses and adults, not children. Do not submit a child’s personal information through a general inquiry form.
Changes
Material updates should be reflected by changing the effective date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Prior versions should be retained internally for accountability.
