Review submitted for assessment because the business has no record of this person as a customer.
We assess the content, identify the strongest policy violation, organize supporting evidence, and manage the challenge. These are the most common review types we can help with.
The reviewer never bought from, visited, or had a genuine experience with your business.
The post comes from someone with a business, employment, or personal conflict of interest.
The review targets a person with abuse, hate, intimidation, or inappropriate personal information.
The same content is posted repeatedly, promotes another business, or is completely off-topic.
You send the review. We assess the case, prepare the challenge, and keep you updated through the removal process.
Share your Google Business Profile and paste the link or text for every bad review you want assessed.
Our team identifies the policy issue, collects the relevant details, and submits the strongest available challenge.
We monitor the case, use any available escalation path and explain the final platform decision and next practical step.
Pay $30 to open each case. The additional $40 success fee is charged only after that review is successfully removed.
Due upfront per review
Charged only after the review is removed
*The $40 success fee applies to each review that is successfully removed. Google makes the final moderation decision.
At ReviewsBoost, one accepted case costs CAD $30 upfront plus $40 if that review is removed: $70 total when successful. For five cases, the upfront fee is $150; if three reviews are removed, the success fees add $120, for $270 total. See the refund terms for unsuccessful accepted cases.
You can also use Google's own reporting tools directly. Our fee pays for case assistance. Start with the free evidence worksheet to organize the information for either route.
Before accepting a review-removal case, we assess whether the content presents a credible policy issue. For accepted cases, our team documents the challenge, uses available reporting or escalation routes, and keeps you informed throughout.
A negative rating alone is not enough. The review needs a credible policy issue that can be challenged.

Pricing is $30 CAD upfront per review to open the case, plus a $40 success fee only after that review is successfully removed. Each submitted review is assessed individually.
No legitimate service can remove every negative opinion. The strongest cases involve fake experiences, spam, conflicts of interest, harassment, threats, personal information, or other policy violations. We assess eligibility before accepting a case.
We document the policy basis, organize relevant evidence, use the available reporting or escalation route, and provide status updates. Google remains the final decision-maker, so accepting a case does not guarantee removal.
No. We do not ask for your Google account password. To assess the review, we need your public Google Business Profile URL, the review link or text, and any relevant context or evidence.
Timelines vary because each case and moderation path is different. After assessment, our team will explain the case strength, next steps, and what to expect for your specific review.
Use the review removal checker and evidence builder to organize your concern, prepare a case worksheet, and find the next step for your reporting stage.
Read the detailed assessment workflow, evidence checklist, reporting steps, public response examples and official source links before opening a paid case.
