Website terms of service

These terms address use of reviewsboost.ca. A written quote, checkout page or service agreement may contain additional terms for a paid service.

Effective September 2, 2026
Service-specific terms: a written quote, invoice, checkout page or service agreement can add terms for a paid order. Review those details before accepting a service.

Acceptance and scope

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A service becomes binding only under the ordering and acceptance process communicated for that service; submitting an inquiry does not by itself guarantee acceptance, eligibility, delivery or an outcome.

Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and authority to act for any business or Business Profile you submit. Information provided must be accurate, lawfully obtained and not misleading. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without authorization.

Third-party platforms

ReviewsBoost is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google controls Google Business Profile, Google Maps and moderation decisions. Platform rules, interfaces, availability and enforcement can change. No website content transfers control over a third-party platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to violate law, platform rules or another person’s rights; submit malicious code; interfere with availability; impersonate another person; expose personal information; make knowingly false accusations; or abuse forms and contact channels. Requests involving reviews should relate to a business you are authorized to represent.

Educational information

Guides, examples, calculators and FAQs are general information. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee search visibility, ratings, revenue, customer behaviour or moderation outcomes. A calculator result depends on the numbers and assumptions entered.

Paid services

Before payment, review the written service description, price, currency, taxes, timing estimate, eligibility requirements, customer responsibilities, cancellation terms and any guarantee limitations presented for that order. If a website summary conflicts with a later signed agreement or checkout term, ask for the conflict to be resolved in writing before the service begins.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate public-profile, review and contact information.
  • Maintain control of your own Google and business accounts; do not send passwords.
  • Respond to reasonable requests needed to assess or deliver the service.
  • Review drafts, claims or submissions for factual accuracy where applicable.
  • Use outcomes and materials lawfully and consistently with platform rules.

Intellectual property

The website design, original text, graphics and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except for third-party marks and materials. You may link to public guides and use short excerpts with attribution. Do not republish substantial content, remove attribution or present it as your own without permission.

External links

Links to official guidance and other third-party sites are provided for convenience and sourcing. ReviewsBoost does not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

The website may be corrected, updated, suspended or changed. We aim to keep policy resources current but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every external link and interface will remain unchanged.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general resources are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of a specific result. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. The complete limitations applicable to paid services should be stated in the relevant service agreement and reviewed for enforceability.

Privacy, refunds and accessibility

See the privacy policy, refund and cancellation information and accessibility statement. Those pages form part of the website information and should be read before submitting data or placing an order.
