Our reputation management approach
Our service starts by classifying the problem. Content that may violate policy needs evidence and the correct reporting route. A genuine complaint needs a careful response and an operational fix. Profile errors and recurring patterns need monitoring, ownership and a documented follow-up date.
Practical workflows
Evidence checklists, response frameworks and monitoring routines that can be adapted to a real operation.
Clear boundaries
Platform controls and moderation outcomes are described without claiming access to an algorithm or guaranteed outcomes.
Primary sources
Material policy claims link to Google, Canadian government or other authoritative source pages.
A Canadian service area, delivered online
Our paid services are available to business locations in Canada, including all ten provinces and all three territories. We work online with businesses in large metropolitan areas, smaller towns and rural communities. Prices on our service pages are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
The Canadian service coverage section identifies representative markets and the information needed for a location-specific enquiry. These are customer service areas, not claims of a physical ReviewsBoost office in each city. For a business with multiple locations, provide the individual Business Profile links.
Our educational guides and free tools remain publicly accessible. Access to a resource from another country does not mean that paid services are offered there.
Our resource principles
- Write for a person with a real question, not a word-count target.
- Separate published policy, general practice and our interpretation.
- Do not invent authors, credentials, case studies or statistics.
- Show a review date on material guides.
- Correct meaningful errors and update changed links.
- Protect customer privacy in examples and avoid identifying details.
- Do not promise a ranking, review rating or moderation result.
What we are not
The learning centre is not a law firm, regulator or official Google publication. General information is not a replacement for legal, privacy, platform or industry-specific advice. A linked source may change after a guide is published; the source itself controls.
Services and outcomes
ReviewsBoost offers reputation assessment, policy-based Google review removal assistance, response planning and recovery guidance. Google makes final decisions about content on its platform. Before engaging any service, read its current scope, price and terms and ask about any claim that matters to the decision.
