Which terms apply?
The written quote, invoice, checkout page or service agreement accepted for an order should state the price, currency, scope, start point, cancellation terms, delivery conditions and any guarantee. Those order-specific terms are the first reference for a refund request, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Requesting cancellation
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with “Cancellation request” in the subject. Work may begin after an order is accepted, so prompt contact matters. Include:
- customer and business name;
- email used for the order;
- order, invoice or transaction reference;
- service and transaction date;
- reason for the request; and
- the requested resolution.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Report a suspected duplicate or unauthorized charge promptly. Do not send full payment-card details by email. Provide only the transaction date, amount, receipt or invoice reference and the last four digits if needed for identification. Secure identity verification may be required.
Service concerns
If the concern involves delivery, describe the promised scope and the part believed to be incomplete. Screenshots and dated correspondence can help. For third-party platform outcomes, remember that ReviewsBoost does not control Google’s decisions, availability or timing; the accepted service terms should explain what work is promised independently of the outcome.
Review-removal fees
The public removal page currently describes a CAD $30 upfront case fee and a CAD $40 fee after a successful removal. Before ordering, request written confirmation of what the upfront fee covers, what counts as successful removal, when the later fee becomes due, what happens if content returns, and which cases qualify for any advertised guarantee.
Processing
After eligibility is confirmed, a refund should be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Banks and payment providers control posting times. ReviewsBoost should provide written confirmation of the decision and amount.
Questions or unresolved concerns
