Potentially fake experience
The review cannot be connected to a genuine service or transaction after a reasonable internal search.
We classify Trustpilot reviews under the platform’s business guidelines, prepare a fair flag with supporting context and track any reviewer-document or Content Integrity follow-up.
Trustpilot eligibility
Disliking the star rating or considering a genuine review unfair is not a valid flagging reason under Trustpilot’s guidelines.
The review cannot be connected to a genuine service or transaction after a reasonable internal search.
The content may include threats, hate, obscenity, defamation or other prohibited material.
The review exposes information that the platform’s privacy rules do not permit.
The text advertises, duplicates material or does not describe a relevant experience with the business.
Three-stage process
Each stage creates a record the business can use even when the review remains published.
Preserve the review URL, text, profile, date, prior reports and business records before the content changes.
We choose the precise Trustpilot flagging reason, document the business search and avoid overbroad or inconsistent flagging.
We track Content Integrity review, organize responses to document requests and preserve the result for any justified follow-up.
Difficulty-adjusted pricing
The initial case-opening fee remains the same across platforms. Only the success fee changes to reflect platform-specific difficulty and work.
Due upfront per accepted review
Charged only for each Trustpilot review that is successfully removed.
Partial results are billed per removed review. Trustpilot controls moderation decisions.
Evidence before escalation
A short, specific report tied to the correct rule is stronger than a long argument about whether the review feels unfair.
You may report content directly without hiring ReviewsBoost. Read Trustpilot guidelines for businesses and Trustpilot flagging reasons and process. Our fees cover assessment, evidence organization and case support; they do not pay Trustpilot or create preferential treatment.
Questions
No. Trustpilot makes the final decision. A review needs a credible policy violation; a negative opinion alone is not sufficient.
Each accepted review costs $30 CAD upfront. The $75 CAD success fee applies only if that review is removed.
Each platform uses different rules, evidence expectations and follow-up paths. Trustpilot is classified as advanced work, so its success fee reflects the case effort required.
Send the Trustpilot business or employer profile URL, the review link or screenshots, the reason it may violate policy and dated supporting records. Do not send passwords.
The success fee is not charged for that review. The upfront fee covers assessment and case preparation under the refund and service terms.
Yes. When a review appears eligible to remain, a careful public response and internal recovery plan may be more useful than repeated reporting.
